Besa Workout is an exercise with forms and techniques created from African dances. “Besa” is an Akan (Ghanaian) word meaning “come dance”. This aerobic exercise is a great cardio workout!

Adult Besa Classes are held:

Mondays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Wednesdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturdays 10:00am – 11:00am

 

Kids Besa Classes:

Saturdays 1:00pm – 1:50pm
